I was very lucky to have called Ben and his team, I had a small building default in my bathroom. I am so happy I called Ben. He came out and was able to work out the best solucion for this issue. They turned up on time and were very professional. The work was high quality and was finished when they said they would finish it. We recently had a bathroom fully renovated by the team at Dream Plumbing - very happy with the result and would highly recommend. Their expertise, advice and workmanship was top notch. They remained in regular communication and kept the surrounds quite neat and tidy througout what can be a stressful process which was also appreciated. Also had another part of the team complete a roof and gutter clean complete with some fixes which we were also very happy with. We would like to say thank you to Ben Soutter and his team at Dream Plumbing & Gas. We own an old federation home with two bathroom which we’re in desperate need of renovation. Ben and his team did a fantastic job Steve, Riley, Will and Dom, were all very friendly, respectful, helpful and understanding. Ben and his team solved all the challenges our project threw at them from compromised subfloor timer beams to repair and replacement of crumbling render on the existing walls. They went above and beyond to meet these challenges and complete the job to our satisfaction( Ben said i have very high standards) The project was completed in 7 weeks and throughout the process communication was fantastic. We were provided with daily end-of —day updates and schedule for the coming days with the list of key milestone to be targeted. Whenever we had questions, they were very responsive and provided their expertise advice. We are so thankful and overwhelmed with our new bathrooms which are beautiful, functional and as wr imagine.
